Currently I am accepting the following insurance plans for Individual Therapy: First Choice Health PPO Plans, Premera, Lifewise, Regence, and Kaiser Permanente PPO Plans only (Not CORE/HMO or ELECT Plans). I am also an out-of-network provider for most insurances. I can provide you will a superbill to submit to your insurance provider to seek reimbursement. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider before our first session to verify your benefits for in and out of network coverage; this includes deductible, copay and co-insurance amounts.
